Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
To confirm your upcoming visit, we kindly ask you to enter your payment card details during the final step of the online booking process. Your card will only be charged if you happen to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled start time or if you miss your appointment.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact not only your provider's schedule, but the availability for other patients to receive timely care. Your cooperation ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved.
