Coverage & FAQs

Before beginning treatment with Progress Weight Management, please call your insurance carrier to determine your plan’s benefits for in-network or out-of-network coverage. You are responsible for knowing your insurance benefits as having insurance is not a guarantee of coverage.

To find out if your insurance covers your visit to Progress Weight Management, call the member service number on the back of your insurance card. Ask them about your coverage for the visit, and they'll let you know if you'll need to pay anything out-of-pocket.
