    At this time, we are NOT credentialed with Tricare, Cigna, United Healthcare, or some MN BCBS. Please check back for updates.

  • You will be required to pay in-full at your appointment. We will provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance upon request.

  • Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual insurance plans.

  • Services may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. Check with your FSA/HSA provider for eligibility requirements. You can pay with an HSA or FSA card.
